We clean our face daily to remove dirt and oil to give protection from bacterial infection. Similarly, our makeup requires regular cleaning because dirty brushes can also cause a bacterial infection, resulting in acne and dark spots. But washing only with water is not enough for the brushes, so follow some steps while cleansing them.

Steps You Need to Follow

• Rinse using lukewarm water to remove residual makeup. Also, dip its tip in water because when we clean the whole brush, it eventually dissolves the glue that connects the brush head with the handles.
• Take a bowl and add some mild shampoo to it because plain soap can dry bristles.
• Then swirl the brush one by one in the bowl, and continue shampooing and rinsing until the water appears clear.
• Take a tissue and remove extra moisture and oil from the brush.
