Mostly we ignore our feet while following the skincare routine. But they also need some care to look pretty and healthy. Here we have some tips you can use to make your feet healthy.
Prep Your Nails
Before starting the process, make sure to remove that old nail polish. Take a cotton pad and add some nail polish remover to it. Gently rub that cotton pad on your nails and remove all nail polish stains from your nails.
Soak Your Feet
Once you clean your nails, start working on your sole. Take warm water and add some baking soda and lemon to it. Soak your feet for 30 minutes, so that your skin becomes soft and healthy.
Remove Dead Skin Cells
After soaking, now pet dry your feet. Now it’s time to use your pumice stone, gently rub it on your sole to remove dead skin cells. It works as the best exfoliator for your feet.
Maintain Your Nails
Our feet look good when we have beautiful nails. Take your nail cutter and give your nails a perfect shape by removing dirt. Also, apply cuticle oil to nourish your nails.
Moisturise Your Feet
Don’t forget to moisturise your feet after the process. And use some chemical-free moisturiser like coconut oil or olive oil to maintain feet health.
