Don’t Drink Alcohol

Don’t Engage in Strenuous Activity
Get adequate rest by avoiding exercise or any other physical activity for at least 24 hours after getting massaged. The reason – your muscles would relax, and if you do any physical activity immediately after, you may get injured.
