The smokey eye trend never fails. It can be dramatic, classic and bold, and perfect for everything from night parties to special occasions. You can use any dark colour to create smokey eyes such as black, blue and purple. With some simple steps, you can achieve perfect smokey eyes.

Firstly, Prime Your Lids 

Prime your lids for long-lasting and smooth smokey eyes. Take a small quantity of primer at your fingertips and apply it over your eyelid. You can also use a face primer if you don’t have eyelid primer.

Use a Medium Shade on Your Eyelid 

Take a dome-shaped brush and apply a medium-shade shadow on the overall eyelid.

Apply light Colour Shadow on the Inner Corner of Your Eyes and Under Your Brows 

The lighter colour in the eyeshadow palette is highlighter. Take an eyeshadow brush and apply it on the inner corner of your eyes and also under your brows. Then take a fluffy brush and blend them perfectly.

Apply Darker Colour 

Now take a darker colour shade and apply it in the C shape, below the leash and out to the corner. Don’t apply a lot of products at once. Start by applying a thin layer.

Blend Eyeshadow 

Take a fluffy brush and blend all the colours you use on your eye together up to the brow bone.

Lastly, add eyeliner and mascara and you can also use false lashes if you want more attractive eyes.
