The direct answer is “NO”. Many people think that laser hair treatment is capable of removing all hair permanently. Yes, it can show a long-lasting result as compared to waxing or threading. But the permanent removal of hair is not possible. At best, it can help remove 75-90% of hair.

Laser treatment destroys hair follicles present just below the skin. And for this, it requires multiple sessions. Also, the result varies from person to person which includes the type of hair that regrows and the skill of the person removing the hair.

Most people see a reduction in hair growth after laser treatment and the growth is much lighter and less noticeable. But it is not possible to destroy all follicles.  The left ones once grow back even after multiple sessions.
