How to Get Rid of Tan on My Feet?
Not only in summer, harmful UV light produces tanning even during winter. Follow these home remedies to remove tanning and achieve a more glowing foot.
Curd and Gram Flour Scrub
Take one tablespoon of gram flour with three tablespoons of curd in a bowl. Make the mixture, apply it on your feet and leave for 20-30 minutes. Rinse your feet using normal water, pet dry and apply a good moisturiser. The brightening properties of gram flour help remove tanning and lactic acid in curd helps exfoliate your feet. Apply this pack to achieve glowing skin on your feet.
Potato and Lemon Juice
Take one potato and lemon juice in a container. Apply this to your feet and let it be there for 15-30 minutes. Wash your feet with cold water and follow other foot care tips. Potatoes consist of catecholamine that helps lighten blemishes on tanned feet. Vitamin C from lemon slows off the tanned skin and makes your feet hydrated.
Coconut Oil and Coffee Scrub
Pour two tablespoons of ground coffee or coffee powder with two tablespoons of coconut oil into a bowl. Stir this mixture perfectly and apply to your feet. Use your fingertips to scrub your feet gently for at least 15 minutes. Coffee granules work wonders in removing your dead skin cells. The hydrating properties of coconut oil make your feet hydrated and nourished.
Lemon and Sugar Paste
Squeeze one tablespoon of lemon juice and pour it into a bowl. Add three tablespoons of sugar in the same. Apply this to your feet and wait for two to three days before scrubbing your feet. Rinse your feet with normal water and welcome your tanned-free feet. The citric acid of lemon makes your feet lighter in colour. Sugar works as a good exfoliator.
