During workouts, if you touch your face constantly, bacteria and germs from the equipment can cause breakouts, pimples and even bacterial infection.

Try to use a soft and clean towel to wipe the sweat. As harsh cloth can lead to rashes and itchiness.

Drink adequate water during a workout to hydrate yourself. As low water content can cause dehydration, dry mouth and lack of sweating, etc.
